IMPREZA REAL ESTATE, a building design and construction company, is looking for a Secretary for its Sharm el-Sheikh office in Egypt who also has strong organizational skills at a corporate level and who knows Italian and English at a professional level.
The workplace and where she will reside in Egypt is a spectacular and immense 5-star tourist village, the Domina Coral Bay in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt, directly overlooking the Red Sea and visible on our website www.imprezarealestate.com
Tasks
The company team with which she will work is Italian.
The candidate, reporting directly to the owner of the company or to his manager, carries out the following tasks:
- Support the company management in the regular daily management of all the company’s activities;
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks, managing the agenda and tasks assigned by his reference manager;
- Manage company correspondence;
- Prepare, draft and archive texts and documents.
Ideal Profile

Several years of experience in a management secretariat;

Administrative skills;

Good aptitude for interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills;

Immediate availability to transfer to Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt;

Possessing strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external contacts to the company;

Professional knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English.
