Job description
Impreza Real Estate, a building design and construction company, is looking for a Promoter / Communications Manager for its Sharm el-Sheikh office in Egypt.
Previous experience in social media management and knowledge of English at a professional level and/or Arabic are preferential elements.
The figure will work in coordination with the Impreza Real Estate Management and the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications.
The place of work and where he/she will reside in Egypt is the Domina Coral Bay, a spectacular and immense 5-star tourist village in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt, directly overlooking the Red Sea.

Tasks
As a “PROMOTER”
- Carrying out public relations activities inside and outside the Village
- Managing strategic points / infopoints of Impreza Real Estate inside the village
- Giving information and distributing informative paper material (e.g. brochures)
As a “COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER”:
- Supporting the company management and the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications
- Taking charge of the management of the company email linked to the website
- Taking charge of the management of the company’s WhatsApp Business
- Responding to messages and comments on the company’s Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / TikTok (The strategy and implementation of the editorial plan will be handled by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications)
- Creating daily “Smart” content for social media use (Reels and Shorts) following the instructions and referring directly to the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications; specifically and by way of example: spoken presentation of properties for sale or rent, “work in progress” of the various construction sites, describing the services from Impreza Real Estate, etc.
- Publish daily Instagram Stories (The strategy and implementation of the editorial plan will be handled by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications)
- Open, configure and manage the editorial plan of the company TikTok account
- Publish job advertisements on LinkedIn for the search for personnel according to the instructions received from the company management
- Create photos and videos of properties for rent / sale and edit for subsequent publication on the Web and Social (according to the instructions provided by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications)
- Collect information, prepare texts and translations, organize photo / video material for the advertisements of properties for rent / sale that will be published online on the company website by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications
Skills required
- Knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem; specifically: Google Drive, Google Profile Activity
- Knowledge of the Meta ecosystem (Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp; specifically: Meta Business Suite (Inbox, Propsect)
- Knowledge of the LinkedIn ecosystem; specifically: Management of company page and publication of job advertisements
- Knowledge of the TikTok ecosystem; specifically: opening, configuring the company account and posting.
- Knowledge of the Brevo software for sending Newsletters
The candidate will be supported and trained by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications.
