Impreza Real Estate, a building design and construction company, is looking for a Promoter \/ Communications Manager for its Sharm el-Sheikh office in Egypt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Previous experience in social media management and knowledge of English at a professional level and\/or Arabic are preferential elements.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The figure will work in coordination with the Impreza Real Estate Management and the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The place of work and where he\/she will reside in Egypt is the Domina Coral Bay, a spectacular and immense 5-star tourist village in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt, directly overlooking the Red Sea.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The activity will take 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.<\/div>\n

    Carrying out public relations activities inside and outside the Village<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Managing strategic points \/ infopoints of Impreza Real Estate inside the village<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Giving information and distributing informative paper material (e.g. brochures)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    As a \u201cCOMMUNICATIONS MANAGER\u201d:<\/h2>\n

    • \n
      Supporting the company management and the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Taking charge of the management of the company email linked to the website<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Taking charge of the management of the company\u2019s WhatsApp Business<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Responding to messages and comments on the company\u2019s Facebook \/ Instagram \/ LinkedIn \/ TikTok (The strategy and implementation of the editorial plan will be handled by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Creating daily \u201cSmart\u201d content for social media use (Reels and Shorts) following the instructions and referring directly to the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications; specifically and by way of example: spoken presentation of properties for sale or rent, \u201cwork in progress\u201d of the various construction sites, describing the services from Impreza Real Estate, etc.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      Publish daily Instagram Stories (The strategy and implementation of the editorial plan will be handled by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      Open, configure and manage the editorial plan of the company TikTok account<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Publish job advertisements on LinkedIn for the search for personnel according to the instructions received from the company management<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Create photos and videos of properties for rent \/ sale and edit for subsequent publication on the Web and Social (according to the instructions provided by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      Collect information, prepare texts and translations, organize photo \/ video material for the advertisements of properties for rent \/ sale that will be published online on the company website by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem; specifically: Google Drive, Google Profile Activity<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        Knowledge of the Meta ecosystem (Instagram \/ Facebook \/ WhatsApp; specifically: Meta Business Suite (Inbox, Propsect)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Knowledge of the LinkedIn ecosystem; specifically: Management of company page and publication of job advertisements<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Knowledge of the TikTok ecosystem; specifically: opening, configuring the company account and posting.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        Knowledge of the Brevo software for sending Newsletters<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The candidate will be supported and trained by the external agency in charge of Marketing and Communications.<\/h2>\n

          Multiple years of experience demonstrable during the preliminary interview<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

          Immediate availability to transfer to Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
